We always email PDF proofs through to you prior to going to print. As there may be variations in colour between viewing on a computer screen and the final print, if you are concerned about the accuracy, please request hard copy printed proofs as these are not supplied as standard. Additional charges may apply.


An invoice will be provided via email after ordering.


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless you contact Valley Print & Design by telephone immediately after placing the order.


Refunds and returns are not accepted as approval is always required prior to going to print and it is your responsibility to check that everything is correct on the proofs sent.


We aim to turn all jobs around within 1 week of artwork approval, however in extremely busy periods this duration may be slightly longer but we will always notify you if this occurs.

Any artwork produced by our designers belongs to Valley Print & Design.  The prices we charge are to pay our designers to produce the artwork.  If you require an original electronic copy of any artwork to use elsewhere, additional charges will apply.
